About
IRC is an international think-and-do-tank, building strong WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene) systems. It advocates for a systems approach to solving one of the biggest problems facing the world today. Anita and Dyfan have been working with IRC for many years now, editing advocacy documents like annual reports and cases for support, and helping to develop brand language and key messages.
When it launched its new WASH Systems Academy online training courses, the training team asked us to act as editors for the content.
Access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene is essential to improved health, education and livelihoods. Yet around the world, 2.1 billion people lack access to safe water and 4.5 billion people are without safe sanitation. The WASH Systems Academy has been designed to help WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene) sector professionals around the world to gain the knowledge and skills they need to address this.
